Ben Carson drops out of presidential race

WASHINGTON — Republican presidential candidate Ben Carson said on Wednesday that he does not see a “political path forward” in his 2016 bid for the White House.

  • Norman_In_New_York

I like the man and I hope he gets a cabinet position in the next Republican administration.

    • Drunk_by_Noon

      Surgeon General?

    • V10_Rob

That would be a magnanimous and classy way for Trump to co-opt some of his opponents who the GOP establishment disapproved of. Not really his style, but maybe he’ll twig to the notion that doing so is the best way to troll his enemies.

    • He should. Put him in charge of Islam.

  • Tom Forsythe

He has a great message, and great ideas. I hope we see more of him.

  • Dana Garcia

I’m sorry to see Dr. Carson go, although he just wasn’t getting the votes.

However, I impatiently await the political demise of the amnesty slut Rubio.

  • (sigh)

We could have had our first black president.

    • Clausewitz

Exactly, instead of the first mullato President currently in charge of destroying the country because of his self loathing for his white heritage.

      • His white heritage is the reason why he has affluence.

The black skin his deadbeat dad gave him is the reason why he has the White House.

It must stun people to see someone as accomplished as Dr. Ben Carson and not see a victim.
