Bad Economy

In Search of Fixes for a Fossilized Economy

The U.S. economy grew at an anemic rate of less than 1 percent in the last quarter of 2015.

While the unemployment rate has dipped below 5 percent, the all-important labor force participation rate is at a historic low of just 62.7 percent. More than 90 million able-bodied adults are either not currently in the labor force or have stopped looking for work altogether.

Looks like the scams over….us world beating pale males are gonna have to get aggressive and fight for our status as the leaders of the world….no more Mr Nice Guy……no more treating certain of our clearly inferior countrymen as though we really give a shit what they think or feel.
I’ll give them micro aggressions the size of fucking Mack trucks…..

The cost of government and unionized labor is driving manufacturers to places where they can still put a profit on the balance sheet. GE moved its headquarter (800 executive level jobs) from Conn. to Mass. to save 1% on their state taxes – imagine what is like for companies less able to cope where profit margins are tighter. Carrier, in a tighter market, is moving its entire operation to Monterey, Mexico (1400 jobs). When a plumber charges more per hour ($95) than I do as an engineer, you can start to get the picture (by 15%). When the local car dealership (NIssan) charges $130 to hook a car to the computer to read the code, and then $130 per hour for the labor, is it any wonder that the scale is moving out of North America? When all the government layers keep sucking every last cent out of your pocket (and it applies all across North America) just to get elected by the unions that serve you, is it any wonder that there companies move to more fertile ground? Just look at Baltimore, Stockton, Detroit, Chicago and the list is growing by the month.

The more incompetant, idiotic and corrupt the government
The larger the underground economy grows
90 million out of 319 that they know about…
the other 90 million part-time pay cash people they don’t
I expect a “titanic” meltdown when the tax income isn’t
enough to cover the debt and the choice is pay one corrupt
    backer or another corruptbacker

What I always argue is people will keep backing their ideology to the nth degree with racing to the bottom or massive overpowering regulation when Europe is now moving in the direction of nationalist, socialist, communist and even anti-immigration parties. This is because of the tired, worn out and overly similar nature of mainstream parties. They all back free trade, neoliberalism and they all want debt-based economies. It does not help that they all back basically the same things and they will never take ownership over what they do, but they always want to take advantage of any situation that is possible. That is despicable. Which is why the next crisis will be called way worse than the situation in 2008. I cannot blame people for protesting a system that does not work for many, while those at the top are doing much better than at the time of the financial crisis. It is a worn out economy since Millenials and those trying to get in the workforce are struggling to pay off debts, get married and they have had a difficult time finding work that is not contract work. So, this all shows that the way in which our economy is working does not work for most of the people in society. In fact, GDP is slowing in Western countries to under 2% and it is falling fast.

Which is why we need anti-globalist parties and not pro-TPP and pro-NAFTA parties, as far as I am concerned.
