Things we wont say about race that are true

Trevor Phillips is the former head of Britain’s Equality and Human Rights Commission.

Phillips now thinks that the shaming and suffocating of free speech that openly allows for the criticism of other cultures is wrong and contributes little to resolve problems. The pendulum has swung so far into crazy that people now lose their jobs to the Politically Correct thought police.

An excellent program…

Must be bad when all the prog politicians start making films trying to salvage their dogma.

The smarter amongst them are feeling their survival instincts kicking in.

From within, they see their base turning on them, such as youths (the campus asshats) and identity grievance mongers (Black Lives Matter, etc). The progressive elites, the ones that have made their entire living on leading their revolution, now find the baying mob at their back hates them as much any other bourgeoisie.

From without, they see the growing backlash personified most recently by Trump, that no amount of shaming language or selective media censorship can stop. They feel they have to get in front of this tsunami, make some token acknowledgement, maybe even co-opt some of the momentum for their own ends. They have to either try to ride this wave, or be swamped by it.

In a sense you can see his point. If the BBC reported all the bad news stories about Islam and the implications of having a racist, misogynist and supremacist ideology in our midst where would it lead. We would end up with sectarian violence that would make the Northern Ireland “Troubles” look like the Notting Hill Carnival. Good piece on that at

    • Who is John Galt?

      • I think he’s a character in an Ayn Rand novel.

        • ;D Just found it amusing to say that.

We are going through a similar (albeit different) breakdown of civilization as in Atlas Shrugged. The beginning of the Dark Ages as Rome was collapsing in the 4th-5th centuries must have felt something like that.

        • BM – if you haven’t read Atlas Shrugged, do. Really worth the effort, and enjoyable. I read it in my teens, and found it inspiring. Many things in it turn out to be significant again today.

        Ayn Rand wet dream?

But we don’t have the guts to have an honest discussion about race…..or at least so saith Eric Holder and Obamba.
Problem being being that the MSM is the only party to debate that doesn’t have the guts.
A discussion or debate has two not synchronous views……or used to…
    Today not so much.

I couldn’t handle wasting the time to watch whatever it was, after trying to stomach that endless bullshit babble introduction of 2 minutes +…. Don’t these clowns have an SCRIPT EDITOR???

@22.10 “the ugly perversion of islam”
The same misdirection, the same big lie.
      the ugly perversion of islam”

An honest discussion about race would ask for the reason the black component of society is such an obscenely criminal element.
But that ends immediately when whitey learns it’s HIS fault.
Honestly.. It’s like arguing with children….evil adult children ….

    • ntt1

Its always whiteys fault , the indians were left unsatisfied by the opal commision into the pickton murders ,as only pickton was slammed it did not lay the blame for natives disfunction at the door of the greater society. now with turdo la doos new commission. they have renewed hope white culture can rightfully be blamed in full for their own dysfunctional culture that (according to RCMP statistics)abuses their girls, rapes and murders them then forces the survivors into a high risk life as drug addicted prostitutes. CBC has had several drooling interviews with highly racist indian activists who pretty much state this as fact.
It will all be magically soothed by …..more money.
meanwhile their BC health collective is being examined for rampant sexism , sexual harassment and bullying. great culture guys.

I watched the entire video and found it rather bland. What is the point of the author of this video? Britain is segregated beyond work. Okay, great.

Here are some questions I would have liked answered.
    1) What advantage does immigration serve regular Britons? Nigel Farage started this conversation but it was never continued.
    2) Why do some cultures fit in better in Britain? The Jews there seem to doing okay. I’ve also heard Hindus do very well in Britain.

The author of this film is now saying that Muslims are different than other Britons and should not expected to change. Fine. But then isn’t it also fair to say that Muslim immigration should be halted? Why must Britons accommodate a group of people who are not expected to change?

    • T.C.

I note that this film started by confirming, front and centre, all the stereotypes for Jews and boldly stating that we need to say things about race. But later on, when it came to Rotherham, they danced around and used the code word “asians” for muslims. Although the Jews are “rich and powerful” there was no mention of muslims being “violent, racist, and misogynistic.” In fact the word “muslim” was used once. The man narrating this film is a f%$ing dyed in the wool Fascist. Adolf would be pleased by the lessons the left have learned from his experience.

  • Really, I do not care what the color of people’s skin is – white, black, brown, yellow or red. In principle I love or at least can live with all human beings. What matters is actual behavior. If some individuals of a group act in mean or evil ways, so you can’t trust them, naturally you will not trust them. Even if only a minority of Muslims kill or rape the people around them, for Islamic reasons, then ALL Muslims become unlivable-with, simply because there is no way to tell them apart, to predict who and when they will do the same.
