    Go you magnificent bastard, go!
Burn it down! Burn it all down to the ground!
    Burn it all down!

I cannot speak for others, but I suspect that many Americans like me are fed up with professional politicians. Anger does not even begin to describe my feelings concerning the leeches. I think that is also a reason why Trump is so popular along with recognising and addressing the elephant in the room.

I like the term “incandescent with rage”.

      • dance…dancetotheradio

Can you still be incandescent in California?
By the way, it’s four below zero Fahrenheit in Winnipeg right now.
Our incandescents also help to heat our houses.

I don’t do this to make you hate me dance, but today was 83 degrees fahrenheit (I don’t know what that translates into in the godless commie temperatures used in lands conquered by celsius) and I had to run the air conditioner in my car before I said screw it and rolled down the windows and opened the sunroof.
Tonight, at about 6:00PM, this is what the sunset looked like right before I headed into class to play with Cisco routers.

I don’t begrudge you your fantastic weather.
At the height of summer here it can get warmer than where you are.
(On my parents wedding day almost thirty years ago it was 106 degrees. Even warmer in the church where streams of sweat trickled down my back and made it hard to stand still. I was the best man.)
And in winter we can be colder than the north pole or sometimes even Mars.
It’s been a good winter here with the el Nino pushing average temperatures up a good ten degrees above normal.
By the way, Celsius is a much better scale.
Zero is the freezing point of water and 100 is the boiling point (at sea level).
How did that Fahrenheit guy pick 212 degrees as the boiling point of water?
            Cisco routers.
We had a VLAN issue at work last week.
Had to reach deep down back into our collective memory of routing and switching to solve that one.

          • Minicapt

He actually picked 100° as the temp of the human body, and 0° as the minimum temp he could create in his lab. But the Fahrenheit was doing this in 1724. Twenty years later, Celsius devised his scale with 0° being the freezing temp of water and 100° the boiling temp.

            Cheers

            That’s informative.
I like the history of science.
They should teach that in school.

            Revolutionary idea! Watch your back………

          • Justin St.Denis

I lost the ability to “relate” to Farenheit a long, long time ago when I was about 10 or so…

  • Exile1981

Bush has outspent everyone else combined on both the repubs and dems in New Hampshire and he still only got 10% of the vote. That puts him in a distant 5th place.

    • BillyHW

      Joementum!

    • Cruz and Rubio did worse than Bush.

      • Exile1981

they had 13% and 12% to Jeb’s 10% according to the washington post site. They also spent way less.

      • BillyHW

RCP has it Cruz 3rd, Bush 4th, Rubio 5th with 55% counted. But they are all within 1%.

        • Frances

At 70% counted, they all still in those relative positions.

        • dance…dancetotheradio

At 83% counted those three are all at eleven percent.

          • Exile1981

Is Trump still higher than 33%? That would send a message.

          • dance…dancetotheradio

            Thirty five percent right now.

          • BillyHW

It looks like it will stay in that order. Good news is that Republican turn out was higher than Democrat.

          • dance…dancetotheradio

It’s telling that the Republicans still have the largest number of candidates while the Democrats only have Two and a Half Men.

          • dance…dancetotheradio

I’m not waiting for the backslaps.
I think that’s witty as hell.

          • Minicapt

            … still nope …

            Cheers

          • dance…dancetotheradio

            Is that you Cliff Claven?

          • Minicapt

            Worse … UFIO …

            Cheers

          • dance…dancetotheradio

            don’t know what that means

          • Minicapt

“Useless Fucking Information Officer”; until someone needed to know something urgently and didn’t know where to look.

  • BillyHW

Kasich #2? What the fuck is wrong with you New Hampshire?

    • Xavier

      Women voters, Billy.

      • BillyHW

        Touche.

    • Justin St.Denis

Kasich is Ohio’s John Tory – about as exciting as watching grass grow.

I am not surprised at the results.

I am concerned that with Trudeaupia going on here. it will be the same here, when he leaves. The question is, will we have a Trump for Canada or will we continue with the socialist nonsense and go right down the drain.

    • Brett_McS

Trudeau is your Trump. The celebrity candidate. It may be that never again will a non-celebrity, serious candidate be President. Beyonce is looking good for 2024.

  • Ron MacDonald

If our politicians had to go through a year of primaries and caucuses like the American politicians do idiots like Justin would last 3 months.

    • Justin St.Denis

I wish I could agree with you, but Canadians had plenty of opportunity to ascertain that Shiny Pony is a genuine dolt. Either they did not take that opportunity or Canadians are largely dolts themselves. I think the second option is closer to the truth…..

      • Ron MacDonald

He would not have been able to survive 5 months or more of the intense scrutiny, eventually most reporters would turn on him.

        • barryjr

Not CBC they hung around for their bribe payment.

“New Hampshire primary: Why is America so angry with its politicians?
    ……
By Nick Allen, and Ruth Sherlock in New Hampshire, ”

It’s not just politicians you obtuse fuck. People are sick of the entire class of do nothings who don’t contribute anything but sponge off others.

—Journalists who crank out cherry picked news hoping to sway public opinion to their (overwhelmingly left) agenda
—Judges and lawyers who don’t care a damned bit for common sense or traditional values or justice.
—Bureaucrats who see the public as peons to be pushed around and herded in preferred directions (basically always leftward).
—Entertainment Industry slimeballs who try to distract attention away from their own self serving decadence by supporting every nutcase left wing cause there is to show how morally pure they are.

It’s not just politicians. It’s also you holier than thou shit bags who write for the Telegraph and try to pretend you’re not part of the problem.

      !!!

  • Brett_McS

I see that Hillary Rotten Clinton, Her Thighness (to use Mark Levin’s phrase) lost the exit poll on the question “Who is the more honest” to The Old Man Yelling at the Moon by a margin of nine to one. So even the Democrats are waking up.

    • Justin St.Denis

They are apparently less brain-dead than Canada’s Shiny Pony supporters.
