Islamic State already has a foothold inside Israel, president warns

Isil already has a foothold among Israel’s Arab population and will continue to grow unless the Jewish state addresses the despair of its Arab citizens, Israel’s president has warned.

Reuven Rivlin, Israel’s largely ceremonial head of state, delivered a stark warning that Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (Isil) is already within Israel’s borders and feeding off “the rot” of hopelessness felt by many Arab citizens.

“The Islamic State is already here; that is no longer a secret,” Mr Rivlin told a conference organised by the Institute for National Security Studies think tank.

Spoken like a true self-hating Jewish leftist.

ISIS support is not fueled by despair, but perceived victimhood, superiority, and the “success” of ISIS.

    • Plus they really really love to murder.

It’s their religious & cultural tradition.

It’s only at the end of the article that we find out that Rivlin has endorsed Netanyahu’s carrot-and-stick initiative toward Israeli Arabs.

Yup the Arab Israeli’s are suffering …yet when ever there’s a survey of whether they would prefer to to live in a Palestinian state or remain in Israel they overwhelmingly choose live live in Israel.

Of course Obama will condemn Israel for even speaking of it. This is why Israel needs to ignore everything coming from Ambassador Shapiro and the State Department.
