    I’m privileged to be allowed to use the roads that I helped pay for, provided I keep paying for the privilege. If I miss a payment, armed thugs will stop me, confiscate my car, take it hostage, and tell me how much money I owe them. If I resist, they will bring enough firepower to bear to subdue or kill me.
