Hillary’s Watergate Looms

Of all the welter of predictions for 2016, by far the most dramatic seems to have been given short shrift or swept under the rug — the possible indictment of Hillary Rodham Clinton while running for the presidency. Were such an event to occur, it would dominate our culture as nothing since Watergate. Yet most of us put it in the back of our minds, thinking it could never happen and focusing on the latest back and forth with Trump.

  • Praise the Lord.

    Obozo next.

I see you like to wear orange suits, Ms Clinton. That’s fortunate.

  • Norman_In_New_York

Hillary is in a no-win situation. If she tries to distance herself from Obama to save her candidacy, she will face indictment. If she makes nice to him to prevent an indictment, she will be clobbered by her opponent over Obama’s failures.

  • Jabberwokk

    One can only hope.

  • Xavier

Here’s a video covering Hillary’s crimes: zero indictments.
Don’t underestimate her – she’s as deadly as a cobra.

Wynne’s hero? Uh, er, or shall I say Wynne’s heroine? (Bracing myself for attacks by feminist language police. I’m so old school I actually say “fireman” instead of “fireperson”, so sue me.)

      • Norman_In_New_York

The politically correct term is “firefighter.”

        • Etobicoke_Gladiator

I am so out of touch sometimes that I actually forgot. And not that it matters, but I’ve never seen a female “firefighter” in my life, not that there aren’t any in Toronto.

I am, however, aware that a flight attendant, though usually female (or occasionally a gay man) should never be called a “stewardess” now since that might raise eyebrows.

          • Maggat

Well, if she where on my flight , my eyebrows would well be raised

      • Clink9

        One small step for personkind.

        • Etobicoke_Gladiator

To go where no human/person/non-gendered individual has gone before.

      • Maggat

You really should say “fire-it, as the word fireperson contains the masculine word, son. To best restrict the use of masculine gender we must drop – son from all of our commonly used words in the English language. IE, persit, reasit, (reason, person etc) well you get the picture.

        • Etobicoke_Gladiator

Right you are. The politically correct ideological left is hilarious. Comedy gold! Ludicrous! Sad thing is that it’s actually real in North American universities (looney-versities) nowadays.

      Hillary are you okay?
      Are you okay, Hillary?

  • Clausewitz

Hillary can use one of olde Bill’s statement when it came to the relationship between her and her assistant Humma. “I did not have sex with that woman”. It’s about as believable as when Bill said it.

    Shrillary looks good in orange.

Seizing her ill gotten assets would do wonders for the debt.
