British Columbians waiting for their swearing-in ceremony to begin?

    • Our “New Canadians” are sometimes your wisely rejected “New Americans”. If it’s something the Americans reject then our “wiser than thou” progressive leaders automatically accept it.

Yeah, you need to rethink that plan.
If we are ‘bouncing’ someone, we are usually doing it for a good reason.
That’s one thing we should have and share across the anglosphere. If someone gets flagged as not worthy, there needs to be a database that other friendly countries can readily access.

        • You put Omar Khadr in prison, I wouldn’t be surprised if Trudeau makes him a member of Parliament. After Khadr successfully sues the Canadian Government because he claims that CSIS tortured him in Guantanamo. CSIS brought him a McDonalds hamburger and a pop in Guantanamo — it wasn’t even an interrogation. It’s all on tape.

At first I thought the guy in the white shirt had a really hairy buttcrack.

    • Men do not have hairy buttcracks. It’s an uncomfirmed rumour.

  • Brazil?
It is amazing how nowadays, thanks to smartphone cameras and youtube we are able to know what is going on all over the world.

    • It is bizarre that we all can become fodder for viral video.

      • Yes, that too. But what strikes me as interesting is the fact of discovering how the rest of humanity is living, which I would never know about otherwise. For instance, when you show us fights between groups of black people – I would never have imagined these things were going on in America today! Also, some videos about animals are amazing – like the one about a baby wild deer jumping around humans like a puppy. Or again, the vids about Russian road accidents or near-accidents are impressive.

Imagine the normal world watching TV broadcasts of the gay pride parades in TO.

          • I would not even turn my TV on. Why suffer?

  • Clink9

What the hell is in that water? Shudder.

  • Chatillon

There are times when I am proud just to be a human being. This wasn’t one of them.

    • David

Sadly those times are becoming fewer and farther between.
