Montreal teen who robbed convenience store to fund Syria trip found guilty of attempting to help ISIL

vintage-varsityMONTREAL — A boy who robbed a convenience store at age 15 to fund a trip to Syria and told police the stolen money was “spoils of war” has been found guilty of two terrorism charges.

The youth, who is now 16 and cannot be identified because of his age, becomes the first person convicted under a new section of the Criminal Code that in 2013 made it illegal to leave or attempt to leave Canada to participate in terrorist activity. He was also convicted of committing a crime “for the benefit of, at the direction of or in association with a terrorist group.”‎

Dang…..I was hoping the kid would be some Mick named Murphy trying to get back to the London Derry front lines to imminentize the Hibernian eschaton ….

But oh no….it’s just another Arab up to the same old tedious shenanigans.

This is getting almost predictable…..wonder what the Mo coefficient is?

    • Unknown at this time as he is just a minor terrorist.

Thank God our political class are aware of the inherent risk of a certain subset of Muslims in our midst……and will chart a prudent course to ensure the problem will not metastasize….

There of course can be no reason to exacerbate an obvious security concern.

Unless of course vote whoring becomes a priority.

By the time you are 6 you know the difference between right and wrong. The safety and well being of Canadians is far more important than the feelings of a terrorist or the stupid ravings of social scientists and lawyers. Do away with the YOA and treat these punks like the ignorant thugs they are and tell us their names and show us their faces for our security.
