Trudeau’s Occupy message #elxn42

In the current federal election, Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau’s main message – roughly – has been “you” are being overlooked by the Tories, maybe even deliberately kept down. Meanwhile “they” have been making out like bandits.

This is roughly the same message as the Occupy Movement. There is no meaningful difference between demanding “make the rich pay” and what Trudeau says: “I am ready to … ask our wealthiest to pay more tax, so our middle class can pay less.”

The math of Trudeau’s plan just doesn’t work…

Notice that Trudeau cribbed on of the Occupy movement’s main policies, to raise the personal income tax rate on the top one percent. Liberal premier Brian Gallant has done that here in New Brunswick. Once Prime Minister designate Trudeau does that, in his first budget, here in NB we will have a 59 percent marginal rate for the top one percenters. That will drive many productive people from the province.

I expect him also to crib onto the Black lives matter routine and loot Parliament Hill and Canadians.

The Left is an envy industry.

  • Chris

Of course the math doesn’t work. It’s not supposed to, it’s only purpose is to raise the envy of the parasite class into voting for whoever spouts the ridiculous crap.

Either the polls are wrong or the Canadian people are some of the dumbest people on the planet supporting this idiot.

What Trudeau is really saying is, “I am willing to take more money from the people who create jobs, and bribe you with that money so you can remain as welfare serfs for the rest of your lives”.
