Shafia Killings: Honour Murdering Muslim Barbarians Claim They Were Victims Of “Cultural Stereotyping”

A Montreal father, mother and son convicted nearly four years ago of murdering four other family members in an honour killing argue, in an appeal to Ontario’s top court, that they were victims of “cultural stereotyping” and “overwhelmingly prejudicial evidence” that should not have been admitted at their murder trial.

You’re Muslim, You killed your own daughters. You’re Monsters. Now Rot.

So a clear dissertation as to their cultural beliefs is “cultural stereotyping”? The witness was not allowed to give an opinion as to whether or not the deaths of these four women constituted “honour killings”, so what’s the problem?

Also, who is paying for these appeals?

    • Rosenmops

No doubt we are paying for them. They should have sent these freaks back to Afcrapistan is a leaky row boat.

  • Clear Thinker

Umm maybe we need a new Ontario Travel Brochure for the Rideau Canal and parking your car in 20 feet of water.

  • Islam is so quaint and old fashioned, isn’t it? Remind me again, please, how killing your (first of more than one present wives) wife and your three lovely daughters in any way restores a man’s honor?I am not quite following that reasoning. Nor do I quite get what all this hairsplitting about cultural stereotyping is about. If you killed them for cultural reasons do you get a pass? Are the only dead culturally?
Why did you need your mum and dad to help you?
Oh, and why exactly was your mother named after a big brass horn (spelled incorrectly, BTW)?
    Honor? Really?
    See what I mean? Quaint…

Queinte is an old word that can be found in Chaucer’s The Canterbury Tales.
      One modern version is quaint.
And the other is ‘he grabbed her full in the queinte’.

      • Minicapt

        Not the Bay of Queinte?

  • pike bishop

A lawyers (and judges) game to squeeze some more money from the taxpayers.
This freak brought two wives into Canada with him and I’m supposed to believe that the Immigration ministry is well run?

  • The__Hammer

I met a guy whose wife is doing time in the same prison as Tooba Shafia in Kitchener. He said the other inmates are incredibly nasty to Tooba. One of the stories he told me involved a coke bottle while Tooba was held down. Thought you all might like to hear how aweful he life has become.

      Even criminals have standards.

    • Raymond Hietapakka

I wonder if they serve fresh pineapples in The Bucket?

    • BitterClinger

Thank you. That did make my day. Although I’m sure she is used to that. They need to break the bottle first.

  • David Murrell

The way the Ontario court of appeal is contstituted, the extremist court could order a new trial. And don’t forget Prime Minister-designate Justin Trudeau opposes the proposed law against barbaric cultural practices.

  • AlanUK

Did the jury hear the evidence and draw the conclusion that the 3 caused one or more of the 4 deaths of family members? (Or whatever the exact wording is in your jurisdiction.)

If the answer is “Yes” then they are guilty of murder.

Culture has nothing to do with it. Their rotten culture is not the basis for the laws by which they chose to live by choosing to live in Canada.

If you don’t like the laws – get out or accept the penalty

  • edlancey

Trudeau or Mulcair would let them go if they could.

  • Ron MacDonald

Sixty years ago they would have been hanged within 9 months and not heard about abain.

    • chuck_2012

+1 for hanging to clean out the garbage.

  • Justin St.Denis

I really hope The Rebel makes hay with this story. Canadians need to know – it might just piss them off a bit.

  • Ron MacDonald
  • Barry Thornton

Further proof that lawyers are scum sucking bottom feeders with no decency that will do anything for a buck. Don’t forget that judges are nothing more than primped up lawyers that give light sentences so their brethren will get repeat customers.

  • chuck_2012

now I am curious to see how well the convictions will hold for these 3 monsters. perhaps canadians are too soft and too many walk free after murdering. Just look at karla homolka and Guy Turcotte

  • chuck_2012

one thing they never really made public was how these 4 women died. were they drugged, killed before the car was pushed into the canal? Anyone care to comment?
