All kidding aside, I think this kids parents and friends will soon discover that little Ritvik is indeed different after the accident.
The only thing that will possibly save him is his age and the fact that his brain is still growing and developing, so some of the damage still his time to repair.

The curious case of Phineas Gage comes to mind.

Sometimes trauma can lead to savant syndrome. He could be the next Ramanujan.

Should have stayed home playing video games, at least there the worst that could happen is he’d take an arrow to the knee.

I hope he has a good sense of humour, because for the rest of his life his friends & family are going to joke about how being brainless saved his life.

Doesn’t matter since even target or field tips would certainly cause visible bleeding. Something here does not add up.

I’ve seen a lot of bizarre wounds and they don’t all bleed, buddy of mine got a dart to the skull when we were kids, no blood.
I’ve seen lawn darts in skulls also, little or no blood.

They could have cleaned up up before the shots were taken also
or even the speed of the arrow created enough heat and friction to
          seal the wound.

It’s the facial area that bleeds like a son of a bitch because it’s vascular, thin skin on the skull back further, no so much.

He looks like Pete Davidson from SNL.
