7 things women can’t do in Saudi Arabia

New Delhi: The legal system of Saudi Arabia is based on Sharia, Islamic law derived from the Quran, and thus discrimination against women here still continues.

The Saudi law solely adheres to Holy Quran — which all judges have to interpret conservatively.

I worked for six month’s there designing data networks on contract through my company Unitel. Made a but load of money trying to teach the locals how to design and install Cisco routers. All of them apparently had graduated from the local University as Engineers. In the end I convinced the head man that if he ever wants this project done, he needed to hire about 6 Canadian designers in order to replace the 25 brain dead fucktards who just laid around most of the day and let us Canadians to do all the work. The accommodations were superb, spent most of my time in AC, did my job, stayed away from most of the local’s, smuggled in beer for my crew, and then got the hell out of there vowing never to work in that region for the rest of my life. It paid off my mortgage, but still, never again.
