China’s Uyghur Problem

China has a problem with its Western Xingjiang province. The population is about 60% Muslim, has a history of on-and-off independence, speaks a Turkic language unrelated to Chinese, and is separatist. They are violently resisting China’s centrally planned migration of Han Chinese into the region, whom they see as colonial invaders to be expelled.

If the area isn’t historically Chinese, the Chinese have nothing to gain by trying to take it unless they are prepared to exterminate the natives. If they are not prepared to do that they should retreat and build a wall to keep the muzzies out.

This is Hanization and it has been done to countless communities, remnants of which can still be found near the borders of China. I guess this mob will end up in Kazakhstan or somewhere like that.
