Toronto Diversity Risk Rated At Medium Vibrancy With A Possibility Of Unintended Multiculturalism

Threat of terrorism classified as ‘medium’ in Toronto, ‘low’ for Pan Am Games: report

TORONTO – An internal federal government report classifies Toronto’s susceptibility to a terrorist attack as “medium,” while the Pan Am/Parapan Games ranks as “low,” but experts are urging Torontonians not to take the warnings too literally.

  • reidjr

What I don’t get in Ottawa they say risk of any attack is low to medium but not to long after that arrest are made saying we stopped a big planned attack.

    • Ottawa is not exactly transparent on this stuff.

      • Justin St.Denis

Transparent? OMG! Now parents are transitioning, too? We are all going to hell in a hand basket.

The financial terrorism involved in staging Toronto’s PanAm Games is already legendary. I can name people who furnished their homes with PanAm budgetary dollars, and so can many actual senior civil servants employed above the middle management level.

The islamic terrorism which we all expect will indeed materialize. We all know we can COUNT on islamic rageboys and their faggot supporters to stir up trouble during the Games, if not murder people outright. This, I am certain, has been inadequately covered in a “contingency strategy” of the government’s official “rollout” of events. I know this from decades of watching the buck-passing by senior civil servants whose work I am frequently contracted to actually DO in their stead because they can’t or won’t, and they cannot be fired.

In the wake of 9/11, I attended a meeting of Ontario public service at which civil servants were told to “…watch out for mail/parcels with wires hanging out of them, or packages that tick…” I kid you not. I laughed so hard I was asked to leave the room. I did, especially since I was a “security contractor” who had just learned how INCREDIBLY STUPID AND DISCONNECTED FROM THE REAL WORLD IN REAL TIME were OPS senior management cadres. My contract was renewed for MOUNTAINS more money since I promised to go public with their idiocy, having filmed the event and kept the hand-outs which they -rather incredibly- were stupid enough to commit to paper, copy and distribute. Those documents STILL get lots of laughs whenever I share them with clients along with my tales of Ontario public service silliness and outright boneheaded stupidity. The Swiss colleagues I visited in back in May now think the province of Ontario is a somewhat silly theme park. I had to agree with their analysis. then I shared a pic of Premier Lesbo. That got me lots of laughs and a few shots of cognac!

Low risk for the panam scam games because nobody is actually going.

I am. I have tickets for my sons and I to go to the medal round of the epee fencing tournament. That being said, my oldest son and I are both fencers, and my youngest will be in a couple of years. A lot of members of our club are going. But yes, in general you are right. People are not coming off the street to go and see the vast majority of events.

“Hello. My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die.”

That’s sounds like a cool sport.

    Winnipeg Pan Am games 1999.
Wikisay: ‘The Games cost $129 million CDN and finished with a financial surplus of $8.8M Cdn.’
    I say bullshit.
I worked in a hotel then.
We were all told to take our holidays prior to the games to get ready for the rush.
What happened instead is that our banquet department died for a month and we lost a ton of revenue in banquet bookings that were blocked because the sales manager thought there was going to be a bonanza.
Instead of the bonanza we got a bunch of hospitality suites leased by companies like Xerox who rented glassware and cutlery.
They staffed them with Xerox employees who were voluntold by corporate they were getting this great vacation to wait on athletes.
    In Winnipeg.
Winnipeg in summer is great, by the way, but not the point.

Speaking of Pam Am Games.. remember this guy?

TIM Collins made headlines in February 2003 when he was caught during a high-speed police chase through south Winnipeg after a River Heights bank was robbed at gunpoint. He was sentenced to eight years in prison in February 2004 after pleading guilty to seven bank robberies in Winnipeg and Vancouver. During his crime rampage, he stole about $33,000, using plastic BB guns and air pistols to threaten tellers.

Collins is credited with helping bring the 1999 Pan Am Games to Winnipeg and arranging downtown street parties for then-mayor Glen Murray.

        I don’t remember that because I don’t know why.
Maybe because the media didn’t really report it the way it really was.
Around that time Glen Murray made the news with a ‘don’t you know who I am’ story involving the cops.
He was roundly condemned for that.
This was two years before Glen Murray got Harvard to move aside in the St. James – Assiniboia riding so he could get the nomination.
Harvard became the Lieutenant Governor of Manitoba.
Can you imagine the partisan arm twisting that went on there?

        • El Martyachi

Well at least there was happy ending to the Winnipeg chapter of the Glen Murray saga.

          • dance…dancetotheradio

And it didn’t involve him giving me one.

          • El Martyachi

… he’s with his people now.

I won’t be shocked when pressure cooker bombs go off during the PRIDE parade for offending islam and muhammed.
Currently , the Rainbow homofascists have value as useful-idiots with a shared hatred for the West and israel.
But once the muslim population hits that magic number of about 5% in a non-muslims Nation, the full out terrorism and jihad starts to demand Sharia law Courts and then comes an islamic State demand with all the blood and guts from allah suicide-bombers on the Subway and Buses .

The quran as set out a pattern for muslims to do defensive Jihad and then offensive jihad based on their numbers .
Don’t blame me for seeing the pattern by those 99.999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999% of Peaceful muslims that claim they reject violence and the quruan is all about Peace.

International sports events are always good for a tranche of “new citizens”.
