BRITISH migrants sent £11bn back to foreign nations last year – same amount as the entire Foreign Aid budget

A new report shows that the UK topped the list of EU nations in terms of how much migrant cash is sent to home countries rather than being spent to boost the economy where it is earned.

Germany, which has 17 million more people than Britain, sent back £9bn during the same period while in France the figure was £6.6bn.

Last night one Conservative MP warned that the astounding figure “drained away from our economy” showed that increasing migration is a “net cost and not an asset” to Britain.

Of course, why do you think those other countries push so hard for the “Rights” of migrants in western countries. Eritrea is the worst of the bunch. They try to extort money from Eritreans living in the west, including Canada:

    • Immigration is a con game. A Ponzi scheme to benefit an elite and impoverish the rest of us.

And in the UK most of that money will not have been earned but will have either come from benefits (funded again by native, law abiding taxpayers), from the coffers of the predominantly Muslim black cash economy – taxis, corner shops etc. – or from from the proceeds of crime, particularly drug peddling.

Add that to the £11 billion that those scum in Westminster hand out to just about every failed socio-economic system on the planet and that’s about £20-22 billion a year gouged out of the net contributors and/or added to the national debt which future generations will have to pay.

My anger is so intense that sometimes I’m afraid that blood pressure will explode my head!

Welcome to the club re: blood pressure. Isn’t immigration and that latest phenomenon with little difference, “migration”, wonderful? It enriches society with so much diversity and multiculturalism!

P.S. There is a Paki take away in my town that will only accept cash and not even Debit Card payment either! Wonder why?

Ever notice the containers in shawarma and donair shops that have a sign taped on them that says “charity”?

    • It is a serious issue which our political classes are too cowardly to tackle.

Mexicans both legal and illegal send >$50 billion back to Mexico each year. It’s Mexico’s third largest source of foreign capital that they have records for. Maybe drugs are #1 or 2 but it’s hard to tell. In either case, oil, tourism and remittances from the US are the big three.

    • Amazing isn’t it.

The same is true of the Philippines, which is the world’s largest exporter of labor. The only difference is that Filipinos try to do it legally and hire themselves out to any country that will accept their services aboveboard, but the end result is the same.

      • P_F

Although many Filipinos do enter a country legally through various labor programs once here they will make sure to stay forever by any means. Their preferred method is: Marrying some desperate old wealthy white guy and thanks to Viagra they’ll produce a baby within 9 months of their employment.
And that’s been going on in most of the developed countries wherever these Filipinos go to work. Just last month a family friend from Japan was telling that Filipinos in that country employ the same modus operandi to gain citizenship. And like Canada there’s an exponential growth in their numbers in Japan.

        • Japan is desperate for a population growth.

I’m far less worried about Filipinos than I am about more “restive” populations.

The less competent and/or corrupt a government is, the more its citizens leave and send back billions of dollars in remittances. So the lawless migration system works against good governance and promotes chaos. Easy money rules!

I would be interested to know how much TFW’s & other third world country immigrants remit from Canada to their respective motherlands??
