Canadian General Chalks Up Sexual Misconduct to “Biological Wiring”

Yep, he said it:

Sexual harassment is still an issue in the Canadian Forces because people are “biologically wired in a certain way,” Chief of the Defence Staff Gen. Tom Lawson told CBC News on Tuesday, drawing outrage from opposition politicians and on social media.

After CBC aired excerpts of his comments, Lawson quickly backpedalled and apologized for what he called an “awkward characterization.”

The truth must never be stated, especially when it pertains to basic biology, and anyone who dares state it must be forced to renounce it immediately. Such a pathetic state of affairs.

    • Please.

Men are not hard-wired to harass, ect women. That’s Islamist thinking.

That being said, women in combat is as good an idea as gasoline on a five-alarm blaze.

      • Alain

I think you forget what is today called sexual harassment. That is why I stand by my comment.

        • I meant the REAL harassment, not that fake crap.

          • Alain

Having been around prior to all the cultural marxist infiltration of society in general, I recall that any unwanted harassment by a guy was met with a quick slap on the face, which was far more effective. For the record I do not include rape with sexual harassment, because that is a criminal offence.

          • Indeed.

As my daddy once said, if a fellow messes with you, house keys to the eyeball.

You might like to try sitting through a DND harassment briefing.

Men are hard-wired to pursue the opposite sex and women are not hard-wired for combat.
Women are trying to rewire reality.

        • I don’t dispute that women are not hard-wired for combat. I just think the general misspoke.

One of these days, there’s going to be one hell of a “push back”. What is and what is not “acceptable” speech has entered a whole new realm. There is now a hush enveloping and stifling everyday conversation and dialogue. The language has been battered and mangled beyond all recognition. People are so illiterate and have such niggardly vocabularies (yes “niggardly” — look it up!) that only 2 or 3 words out of 10 are recognized and then usually out of context.

Poor General Lawson, his apology, unnecessary in my opinion is clearly insufficient. They his blood or a pound of flesh. Probably both.

Its almost as if women in the military is a lousy idea. But no, that couldn’t be. Why, just look at Star Trek. :rolleyes

If humble moi were to be in charge, women would be entirely forbidden to enter the armed forces and the police and firefighter forces because they put themselves and their co-workers and the public in danger since they are not strong or tall enough on average and they also destroy unit cohesion! On the other hand and in a private capacity they would have the right to bear arms both open carry and concealed and they would also have the right to learn any martial arts and weapons training they choose so that they may protect themselves and their loved ones if need be! One of the legacy of feminism is countless women killed trying to do a man’s job; the denial of reality is often deadly!

    • Alain

Indeed and just as some men lack the physical ability to do these jobs.

      • DavidinNorthBurnaby

Women and weakling rice eaters are the reason the physical requirements for cops, firefighters etc have been eroded to the point where cops have to shoot or tazer a drunk just to get him under control.
