Hamas: Stop responding to our rocket fire or risk ‘wider conflict’

The military arm of terror group Hamas warned recently that continued Israeli attacks against its military positions in the Gaza Stip could lead to a wider conflict, in the first threat of its kind since a ceasefire agreement was reached following last year’s Operation Protective Edge.

The past several weeks have seen an uptick in tit-for-tat exchanges in Gaza, with Palestinians firing small volleys and Israeli aircraft attacking installations belonging to Hamas hours later.

Officials from the Izz ad-dine al-Qassam Brigades said this week that “the rules of the game will change” if Israel does not desist from carrying out punitive airstrikes against sites controlled by the group…

Let us kill you or we will kill you.

That’s a classic muslime threat. It’s so classic, in fact, that one wonders why people still fall for it, and yet they do. Sigh.

At some point Israel will have to go in and clean out the viper nest or his will keep happening for centuries.

I hope the rules of the game do change and Israel starts demanding unconditional surrender.

I await the day that Israel pulls out the “big guns” and melts a few million of these savages in one stroke.

Why would they stop peddling this same lie when the rest of the world continues to buy it hook and sinker? As long as it works for them, they will continue doing the same thing and peddling the same lie.

This Hamas point of view is well supported by the MSM whose reporting will be something like, “Israel broke the ceasefire when they retaliated against days of rocket and mortar fire from Gaza.” For them a ceasefire is broken when Israel takes military action regardless of when or why they did so, whilst Hamas is held blameless. I think some of the MSM would like to report with straight faces, “Hamas’ pre-emptive attack on Israel justified by subsequent Israeli response”, as if cause and effect is reversed and the effect triggers the cause.

  • It must be summer.

Israel will have a few surgical strikes and then Hamas, like a bunch of cowards, will beg for a cease-fire which they will then break.

    Same, old dance.

      That happened long ago already.
