Immigrants should be allowed to hit their children because there is a ‘different cultural context’

A High Court judge yesterday said immigrant parents should be allowed to slap and hit their children when they are new arrivals in Britain.

To the outrage of children’s campaigners, Mrs Justice Pauffley suggested police and social services should make allowance for foreigners because of the ‘different cultural context’.

Her remarks came in a legal challenge from an Indian accused of beating his wife and seven-year-old son.

The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, told the court he was hit on the back and leg with a ‘long belt’.

  • That is the meaning of multiculturalism – different strokes for different folks, I’m cool – in other words double standards.

    • Ain’t it the truth.

    • What an intellectual cesspool.

That’s true but the situation is even uglier. One of the “cultures” we are importing is intent on squeezing out all other cultures and transforming that wonderful multicultural mosaic into a unicultural monolith.

      • Yes, of course, you’re right. And people like the judge here referred to are de facto, objectively, aiding that intended squeeze.

    Judicious floggings …

    • Islam Is a Crock

Perhaps a better term would be “Judicial Flogs”

Considering all the grooming going on in the uk it is my understanding they already do make allowances for new comers to the country

    • So this is just more multiculturalism.

      Same with FGM.
It’s been illegal for 30 years and there’s been no successful prosecution..

I’m not sure my Mom knew she was a muslim.
Thanks Mom, I was an unruly brat.

And by hit we mean sexually molest and terrorize because that’s part of their culture too. Just wait till she discovers tribal vengeance and honor killings,

In my culture it is custom to give judges a quick kick up the backside. Repeatedly.

    Now respect my culture.

Tarring and feathering, then running them out of town on a rail used to be a good tradition from the 1800’s. That’s my kind of diversity.

Once again I find myself in contempt of court.

Wait a minute, why can’t we also use the context of the immigrants to name the boy? Why is it we are being selective about what rights people can enjoy and which ones not based on the original culture? It is insane at more levels than it even appears at first.

This mahometan had the hard luck to appear before the wrong judge.
I guess he’s now got grounds to appeal his sentence on the basis that his culture hasn’t been fully taken into account.

Who does the judge think he is dealing with, “lesser breed without the law”?
