Gambia’s Yahya ‘Doughboy II’ Jammeh wants International Criminal Court to investigate Mediterranean migrant deaths

Gambian President Yahya Jammeh has called for the International Criminal Court (ICC) to investigate the deaths of African migrants trying to cross the Mediterranean by boat to Europe.

Nearly 2,000 migrants had died by early May, according to the International Organization for Migration, with about 800 killed in a single shipwreck in April.

Many thousands have reached southern Europe by the sea route. Gambia, with a population of only 1.9 million, is one of the leading countries of origin of the migrants.

“We have a right to call the ICC to investigate not only cases of Gambians but the case of thousands of African young people who have died on the European coast under unusual circumstances,” Jammeh said…

We’ve posted on him before: He made the same complaint in 2014.

He is also obsessed with homosexuality: Gambia’s Muslim President Says: “We Will Fight Homosexual Vermin Just As We Fight Malaria-Causing Mosquitoes”

I think he ate all the homosexuals in his country.

      Sure looks like it.

The ones that escaped his plate headed for Libya and the invasion boats. He’s responsible for the flight of Gambian gays.

        Gambian gays can fly?
No, I know they can’t but that would be awesome.

    • Millie_Woods

Heh! Maybe the ICC should look into that.

‘What did you do with all of your homosexuals?’

I think he’s just mad because each migrant that dies is one less sending $$ home. If they are not sending cash home then how are his people to pay the repressive taxes? I they can’t pay the taxes then were will the $$ come from that is needed to keep him fed and looking like a wall?

    • Frau Katze

      Good point.

    • mobuyus

      A wall of shit.

  • Clausewitz

They got on a rickety boat and it sank. There, just remit me half of the money that a UN investigation would have taken. We save money all around this way.

I happen to know Gambia quiet well and it was an extremely backwards shit hole at the time compared to Senegal, which was far from a thriving example of progress, and I seriously doubt things improved since my departure in 1973. He is one sorry big black toad.

One of the things that was never said ever:
I’m moving to Gambia for a better life.

I’m all in favor of the ICC investigating this. It should tie up their staff for years.

If those dead Gambians are at the bottom of the ocean then maybe we should send all the ICC lawyers down there after them.

  • Hard Little Machine

THE Gambia! get it right white boy!
