DRESDEN, GERMANY - APRIL 13: Right-wing Dutch politician Geert Wilders speaks to supporters of the Pegida movement at another of their weekly protests on April 13, 2015 in Dresden, Germany. A large number of supporters and opponents are expected to attend the rally, which will feature Dutch right-wing politician Geert Wilders as a guest speaker. The Pegida movement, which originally emerged as a grass-roots effort with aims to curb immigration, among other issues, splintered into two camps earlier this year and the movement is seeking to regain its earlier momentum. Geert Wilders to show cartoons of Prophet Mohammed on TV during political broadcast

Dutch far right politician Geert Wilders has announced plans to broadcast cartoons of the Prophet Mohammed on television by exploiting a loophole in political broadcasts.

The anti-Islam lawmaker revealed he will use airtime reserved for political parties to display the controversial images in an effort to support those ‘who use the pen and not the sword.’

Dutch political parties get a small amount of airtime each year and broadcasting authorities have no say in what the parties show.

Dutch state T.V. will do everything in their power to prevent this. But Geert will get the international publicity for trying, which is probably his agenda anyway. Kudos Mr. Wilders.
