The Vape Update

3 weeks without a smoke. Amazing.

The edema is still an issue but this too shall pass.

Sleep has been excellent, in fact its improved, I had erroneously assumed I might be troubled by insomnia.

I no longer reek of tobacco, and my breath is not the ashtray like experience of old, according to someone.

vapebabe1My sense of smell has improved a bit though I understand it will take time for that and my taste buds to recover.

Most importantly the urge to reach for a smoke continues to fade with each passing week.

I am however staying on the 6mg nicotine solution for the foreseeable future.

Thank you all for your support.

I am off to the Khomeini Fest, will post on return or during if anything good happens;)

Enjoy the Vape Babes;)

The babes bring new meaning to the phrase “smoking hot.”

Stop talking as soon as you realize you don’t know what you are talking about.

Vaping seems a brilliant way to avoid the revolting poison that is tobbacco. No tar or particulates and they dont stink.

    • It has been a Godsend.

        Great! Keep it going!!
I’m down to less than 6 ciggys per day – but after my bout with asthmatic bronchitis for 3 months, using 3 different inhalers twice a day, and missing work for those 3 months (and my short term disability insurance turned my claim down – putting us in a deep financial hole that will take a long time to get out of), it’s a different kind of vape…

        • Thanks here’s hoping all goes well for you.

once you do quit a lot of those chronic bronchial problems will clear up or be much reduced, mine did . hang in there..

My Ex is that kinda sick. Getting hospitalised and all sorts but cant kick the ciggies for good. It was doing my head in. I am not gonna sit and watch you commit slow suicide. I bought her an e – cig machine. They dont have the same penetration in Australia as they do in Canada. It is literally life and death. Of course the Health Dept busy bodies have banned them. Thank Goodness for e – bay.
