In part I think this is good why the punks claim no justice no peace now with these charges there are no reason for protests or riots.

  • David Murrell

CNN News is giving a blow by blow biased coverage supporting black rioting. CNN has have interviewed every powerful black spokesperson, drumming up support for Obama’s constituency. They interviewed Marilyn Mosely, and she is one radical activist. Black activists rule, unfortunately.

Its this were so hard dome by there are no jobs really then why did you loot so many stores which many will never return.

    What colour are the officers?

Wikisay: ‘…the department had become 43% African American.’

  • formwiz

This is lynch mob justice, pure and simple.

    • jayme

I think the real risk is blacks seem to think they have a pass to do anything they want .

  • FactsWillOut

The best part is everybody in that shithole loses.

    • lolwut?

The problem is it’ll spread to good cops getting charged the same way
simply because the rioters are calling the shots now.

      • FactsWillOut

Given that every interaction I’ve ever had with a cop has been less than useless, I don’t care what happens to any of them.

        • lolwut?

It’s the good cops that keep the bad ones in check.

If you think it’s bad now, wait until all the good ones quit
or are all in jail for simple doing their jobs arresting someone who is black.

          • FactsWillOut

That’s why I don’t go near the plantations/reserves/’ger infested shitholes, and stick to rural areas with small, local police forces.

    • Deovindice

Yep! How can something like this happen in a Progressive utopia with a Black Mayor, Police Chief, AG, and pro dominantly Minority Police Force??? Just boggles the mind (and makes me giggle).

on the news a few hours ago it was reported that grey himself caused the fatal injuries by repeatedly ramming his head against a steel wall….so i am a bit confused.

    • lolwut?

That’s been around for a couple of days.

The story keeps changing and the guy in the van with Gray
is a clear cut thug, so it’s impossible to know if it’s true or not
and now he’s singing a different tune.

If he says Gray was injuring himself, the snitches get stitches rule kicks in
if he says the cops did it by driving wrecklessly, then the cops come after him…maybe.

    “misconduct in the office ‘
What, nicking the coffee? An extra family photo on the wall?

  • ed

st.freddie should have been home due to serious post car crash neck and spinal damage , he was carrying an illegal flick knife , guy in next cubical in police van stated under oath that st.freddie was smashing his own head against the police van wall , the truth will prevail !

    • lolwut?

      All those stories have changed.

The guy in the van with Gray is saying differently now.
he’s a thug that barely speaks english, so his word is garbage anyways.

As for the knife, it’s now claimed it was just a regular folding knife.

Mob rule in in effect now, the truth really doesn’t matter.

http://legalinsurrection.com/2015/05/freddy-gray-cops-charges-justice-or-political-theater/ Justice or Political theater? This is a fantastic legal site..

  • Rama44

https://theconservativetreehouse.files.wordpress.com/2015/05/baltimore-active-warrant.jpg?w=640 It seems Marilyn Mosby lied. Freddie Gray had an active warrant for his arrest outstanding

    • lolwut?

      Dindu nuffin.

  • Did they assault him or did he injure himself?

If it is the latter, then the officers are guilty of neglect.

And surely the witness would have spilled his guts by now.

    • It will be interesting to see how this pans out.

      • But that is the issue- how did he injure himself?

What fries me about the whole thing is that these charges feel rushed. If it turns out that all the officers are guilty of is negligence, then the riots forced a wrong conclusion.

        • lolwut?

People flipping out in police vans is not uncommon
you’ll see that on any friday/saturday night when the drunks
on a party street are rounded up. As soon as the door is closed a lot of people start going ballistic, it’s why a lot of squad cars are now fitted with metal coverings on the windows
because people the back try to kick out the windows.

The “Rough ride” technique is real though…. vans
driving over poptholes and speedbumps, along with turning off the air conditioning in the back so it’s sweltering hot.

There’s also the “Starlight tours”…. cops scooping people
up and dumping them in the underwear and socks in the middle of nowhere to walk back home.

Toronto cops used to do that a lot in the 80’s
dropping drug dealers at night north of Steeles
back when it was a wasteland.

And the rumors of cops taking people for trips to Cherry beach for a beating and swim are well known.

    • lolwut?

He did, but his story keeps changing.

He was interviewed on TV, he’s now saying the cops are lying
about him saying he injured himself.

It’s probably somewhere in the middle. rough ride along with Gray
doing what a lot of people do, flipping out in the back of police vehicles.

Supposedly the injury was caused by a bolt in the van.
