Somali rapist can stay in Britain on human rights grounds

A Somali rapist who poses a “high risk” to children and adults in Britain has overturned a bid to deport him because he could face ill-treatment if returned to his homeland.

The 31-year-old sex offender served a five year sentence for two counts of rape and was ordered to sign the sex offenders register for the rest of his life.

But an immigration court has allowed him to stay in Britain indefinitely because he could face torture or inhuman and degrading treatment if deported, possibly by the Islamist group al-Shabaab, in breach of Labour’s Human Rights Act.

The rapist was granted anonymity by the immigration court and can only be identified by the initials AAS, even though his name was public at the time of his criminal trial.

The Home Office believes AAS presents a “high risk of harm to children and adults in the community” following the 2008 rapes…

These judges are committing the same crime against all the real Brits as they allege the rapist will suffer if sent back to where he came from.

you sure this isn’t in canada? we have hundreds here too.

    • Frau Katze

      It could easily be Canada.

Like the one a few days ago, the Libyan alcoholic who has totted up 78 minor crimes but can’t be deported from the UK as it would breach his human rights.

we just might be doomed :-/

I can’t believe how stupid these judges are. Or another possibility: they’re corrupt and have been paid off.

      • Rosenmops

The judge should be forced to have this rapist live with him.

I bet he wants to be a doctoooorrr

  • David Murrell

No surprise here: the British justice system values the Somali-born rapist more highly than British women and children.

    Anonymity for this pr*ck?
Never mind. We can racially profile the freak.

Who the heck is making these gawdawful decisions? I mean, the decisions for this whole muslim immigrant thing worldwide!? I imagine a mighty force of aging hippies in all of our governments who are stuck in the “Summer of Love” and can’t see how rotten things are getting since 1967… This is hard to watch, isn’t it.

Who really cares if he will be treated badly in Somalia? If he stays he will be treating other people badly. Send him packing.

  • Justin St.Denis

Under the circumstance, I think the state would be justified in offering him a choice – a return to Somalia OR castration and a chance to remain in Britain. Let him decide for himself.

What do you people think? My wife came up with this one, by the way. She thinks it should apply to all immigrants convicted of sex crimes. I say it’s a darned good start. And humane to boot!

    • Rosenmops

Castrate them and then deport them. It is the only thing they would understand.
