Omar Khadr will become an anti-war celebrity

Ezra Levant reports for

Unrepentant Muslim terrorist Omar Khadr was granted bail today.

Levant believes Khadr is dangerous, but not because he’ll commit further terrorist acts.

He’s much more powerful and important as a propaganda tool.

  • Can’t wait for the day his head is blown to pieces by his own bomb or by the SWAT officers.

    • Drunk_by_Noon

I guess drone strikes inside of Canada are still a no-no?

      • So much for Harper’s tough on crime bills

        • Drunk_by_Noon

          Can you imagine the outcry?
Ontario News Radio would never be the same!

“And now to Stacy Mackenzie, our eye in the sky, for today’s traffic report.”

“The 401 is stalled across several lanes due to heavier than expected ‘Predator activity’ with lanes 1-3 declared temporary no-drive zones.
“The CIA says that they are just finishing up pacification operations and that all lanes should be blasted free after the next round of Hellfire strikes.

          Back to you Chet!”

Michael Coren is ranting and raving on Facebook and Twitter crying out for Omar Khadr’s freedom. Thank God The Rebel dumped him after one day.

    • k1992

I just checked out some of his tweets – thank God the Rebel dumped him is right. Here’s one:

“Can we not simultaneously mourn for dead US soldiers & think that an exploited teenager in a war zone deserves a second chance? #OmarKhadr”?
Dumbass – can you not simultaneously do more than pretend to care about a US soldier murdered by Khadr, and recognize that he shows NO remorse or regret for his crimes?

Is this serious and verified? Sounds like a nutjob posted this.

      • Clink9

He just wants to get invited to the cool parties in Toronto.

      • BillyHW

Forgiveness without repentance is the Anglican way.

    • k1962

He is? What the hell happened to him?

      • BillyHW

I think maybe he’s, you know…not that there’s anything wrong with that.

        • k1962

What? Switched teams 😉 and became a Liberal?

          • BillyHW

            That too.

          • k1962

Hmmm. Also, what’s up with him being an Anglican. I thought he was Catholic.

          • BillyHW

He’s finally found a religion that believes the same things he does.

If this is true I am disappointed in Michael Coren.
      I don’t have Facebook.
I have a twitter account but never use it.

  • Ron MacDonald

It’s time we start electing our judges.

    • WalterBannon

      You spelled “hanging” wrong…

      • Ron MacDonald

        I was being subtle.

  • jayme

If it was a anti war role model that would be one thing my fear is he will be used to say look this is why Canada needs to be more muslim friendly.

  • Mohamsandwich

I’ve written this before about the little terrorist Khadr:

    (1) he will replace Jian Ghomeshi at the CBC;
    (2) he will receive honorary Ph.D.s from both York University and Concordia before being offered full tenure;
    (3) he will be offered a position in Ontario’s education bureaucracy and/or a cushy job at OISE; or
    (4) become Michael Coren’s research assistant on all stories pertaining to Islam.

Would not surprise me in the least –

Why not all of the above?
