U.S. military ‘hostile’ to Christians under Obama; morale, retention devastated

Soon there may only be atheists in the foxholes.

Christians are leaving the U.S. military or are discouraged from joining in the first place because of a “hostile work environment” that doesn’t let them express their beliefs openly, religious freedom advocates say.

This is not MOSTLY the doings of random atheists, but Michael “Mikey” Weinstein (whom is NOT an Atheist) and his “Military Religious Freedom Foundation” (MRFF) headed by a Jewish anti-Christian activist.
    He just HATES Christians.
    He REALLY hates Christians.

    • He is an ass.

Obama despises Christians, since they profess Christian love. He loves Islam, given the massive human rights violations, and war crimes, committed by Muslims.

    But Obama…..

  • There are many superimposed issues involved here, making simple judgment difficult. One issue is religious (or atheistic) freedom versus religious (or anti-religious) imposition. Another issue is Left versus Right – with people using religion or anti-religion as a pretext for their political agenda. And so forth.
The solution it seems to me is to remain cool, and tolerate both Judeo-Christian or other religions and atheism in military as in civil life, while at the same time avoiding all imposition of one’s views on others of a different persuasion.
The one exception has to be Islam – that must be banned both in the military and in civil life because this so-called religion is a political ideology incompatible with democratic ideals and for that reason must be suppressed and excluded.

Please try not to get an aneurysm from this:

Roger, which is the first name of his cover identity, may be the most consequential but least visible national security official in Washington — the principal architect of the CIA’s drone campaign and the leader of the hunt for Osama bin Laden. In many ways, he has also been the driving force of the Obama administration’s embrace of targeted killing as a centerpiece of its counterterrorism efforts.
Colleagues describe Roger as a collection of contradictions. A chain-smoker who spends countless hours on a treadmill. Notoriously surly yet able to win over enough support from subordinates and bosses to hold on to his job. He presides over a campaign that has killed thousands of Islamist militants and angered millions of Muslims, but he is himself a convert to Islam.

      • I would not trust him. The human soul is simple. Even in the midst of a maze of contradictions, one must look for the central thread. Obama is a Muslim, yet stands at the head of the country most opposed to Islam. He has had Osama bin Ladin killed, etc. One might think that he therefore is trustworthy. But ultimately he is a Muslim – and his god is Allah, and he will serve that god eventually, and does so even now, even if in tortuous ways. Same thing with Roger.
