Wrong place

Wrong time. Brazil.

Extremely unfortunate. Hope he was ok.

    • Evidently he died.

      • eMan14

I thought as much. It would have hit him at a very fast speed.

        • Rama44

From the live Leak Video” It happened today. At 46 seconds at left you can see a car loosing control, that’s where the tire came from. The biker died instantly.”

for himself .. comprehensive ..?? i’m thinkin’ probably not ..

  • The Goat

    That was unfortunate.

  • Drunk_by_Noon

Hard to believe that your life can be snuffed out instantly by something so randomly stupid.

    • It nearly happened to me, except it was a transport trucks drive shaft.

      I was very lucky.

      • Drunk_by_Noon

It’s amazing what can do you in.
        ‘Glad ya made it!

And more most of us, it will the completely mundane that will turn out the lights.

          • Yea the attending cop and tow truck driver both said I was lucky as usually these things don’t work out so well on the highway.

          • Rama44

You were spared cuz you’re on a mission, don’t forget that.

      • El Martyachi

Driving through the mountains a guy I know had a rock the size of a bowling bowl fly through the windscreen. Would had likely killed a passenger had there been one there.

  • Rosenmops

Motorcycles are dangerous. No protection at all.

    • Yea, several brothers had them all had accidents, my ardor died quickly.

      • Justin St.Denis

That sounds like it could be genetic – as in “a motorcycle-incompetence gene” or something. I say this because my older brother, who is in his early 70s, has owned a cycle ever since he was 18. He’s one of those buff old guys you see riding along the 400 all summer long. He upgrades regularly, and is still absolutely mad for his bike. His wife has been going along with this for decades and has come to enjoy it almost as much as my brother does. That having been said, it still scares the shit out of me to ride as a passenger, despite my brother having NEVER had any kind of mishap whatsoever while motorcycling.

        • Motorcycle deaths among Boomers have risen significantly in Ontario.

          • Clink9

I think a lot of them got in the game too late.I started at the age of 20 and I know I’m not as skilled as back then. My rule was always “ride as if the car drivers are trying to kill you”.

          • Justin St.Denis

That’s precisely what my brother says.

          • Justin St.Denis

I know. That is just one reason why it still scares the shit out of me to ride a motorcycle.
