Muslim Cabbie Must Pay Lesbians 10K For Telling Them To Stop Making Out In His Cab

A New York taxi driver has been ordered to pay a lesbian couple $10,000 in damages after he told them to stop kissing in the back of his cab.

Mohammed Dahbi discriminated against actress Kassie Thornton and her TV executive partner Christy Spitzer after ordering them to ‘keep that behavior for the bedroom’.

He warned that if they ignored his request during the trip on September 18, 2011, he would throw them out.

When the pair (pictured) got out, Dahbi also called them ‘b*****’, ‘c****’ and ‘whores’ after they refused to pay the fare and walked away

This would never happen in Ontario. Our Human Rights Commission is afraid of Muslims.

Gays v.s. Muslims. Both need to lose. Reminds me of the lesbian who went into the Muslim barbershop for a haircut. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jlSthSrhh3U

    • Heh;)

I don’t think it would have been a problem if it had been a heterosexual couple at all but it will be one day if people keep this up.

Good for them. Ain’t no fitna here on this issue.

      • Yes, let’s keep in mind that in hardline Islamic countries heterosexuals can go to jail for kissing in public.

There’s a difference between mild gestures of affection, like a short kiss in greeting or so say goodbye, hugging, holding hands, or sitting close together, and prolonged make-out / sessions bordering on foreplay…I rather suspect that what this couple was doing was the latter, and if so, I have no sympathy for them.

  • If I were him, I would refuse to pay.

Let this battle of the forever-victims commence!

  • Drunk_by_Noon

This took almost 4-years to get through the system?
Too bad they both can’t lose.

    • I wish.

      It’s one of those times.

Well, it’s not over yet. Mohammed or bis brothers might go after these bitches and kill them.

In Ontario, the Human Rights Tribunal would probably find the women guilty of insulting Islam.

    • andycanuck

Well, we don’t actually know the settlement from the barbershop dispute so you never know.

and he has to bake them a cake

Too bad New York does not have RFRA. It does not even have to be a gay thing. People don’t like to sit feet away from a make out of any sex as it is against their modesty of their religion, which does not always have to be Islam.

I didn’t realize Wynne was in New York. But she has already destroyed Ontario, so I guess she has to move further afield. With her new carbon tax scheme the last of Ontario’s manufacturing base can move to Mexico, and former industrial lands can be turned into same sex camps in time for the pan am games.

    • Oh yea the Pan Am Games that will enrich Liberals at our expense.

In this I support the Muslim taxi driver and would say the same had he done the same with a couple of opposite sex behaved the same. Surely you can wait until you reach your place of destination to swap spit. This has nothing in common with refusing to accept fares from blind people with guide dogs or someone transporting booze and not puke drunk. Of course I am old fashioned in that I do not appreciate public displays of sex of any kind. Not interested in being a voyeur or whatever.

Absolutely If people cannot exercise restraint for the time it takes to get from A to B let them walk. Would teachers, lawyers, politicians, judges, or doctors tolerate people making out in their office?

    • andycanuck

Where I also agree with the cabbie is that he did actually take them to where they were going so they weren’t denied the service they were supposed to pay for.

  • Hard to decide – both sides are equally disgusting.

  • BillyHW

This has to be the most diverse cab ride in history. Man, if I’d witnessed it, I’d probably keel over from the explosion of vibrancy.

    • andycanuck

Too bad the lesbians were both white!

  • andycanuck

I think they won so easily because of their political connections through the entertainment industry. I also agree with the cabbie’s defence even I’d prefer he not be in the country in the first place.

  • barryjr

Straight, gay, lesbian if they were making out in the back of a cab I was driving I would ask them to stop or get out too.

I confess to a certain sympathy for the driver in this case; a taxi is a public place, not a hotel room. I guess because lesbians and gays have victimhood status on their side they can claim discrimination when somebody tells them to get a room, while a heterosexual couple similarly called out for being too overly-“affectionate” in public just has to, I don’t know, just get a room. I once had the unpleasant experience of sitting next to a couple of women at the two-hour live theatre performance who spent the entire performance basically swallowing each other’s tongues…actually, my then-11-year-old nephew had been sitting next to them for the first hour; at the intermission he asked me with great embarrassment if I could switch seats with him as it was so “awkward” for him (his words, not mine!) I realized afterward that if this had been a heterosexual couple I never would have put up with it. Maybe the driver in this case really is a homophobe and doesn’t do the same thing to heterosexual couples who mistake the back seat of his taxi for a hotel room; all I know is that if I were a taxi driver my intolerance for back-seat makeout sessions would be equal-opportunity.

    • Whatever happened to discretion? It may be the case they were over the top, in which case why was no consideration given to the invasion of privacy and expectation of reasonable decorum on the driver’s behalf?

Had the driver been other than a Muslim it likely would not have taken 4 years to wend its way through the process,

I believe his downfall was the parting remarks he hurled at them.

They should have sex in public and then sue everyone who objects.

Isn’t that called the Gay Pride parade?
