Nigeria Zanfara Sharia State

Who Will Remember the Missing Children of Nigeria?

“…As was the case in Israel, there were Obama operatives were in Nigeria influencing the election results. Politico reported last month, a “strategy group founded by former Obama campaign manager David Axelrod, AKPD Message and Media” worked for Buhari during the campaign. Buhari ran on a platform of “Change.” Naturally.

At some point Buhari had a “come to Jesus” moment, so to speak. He found Democracy. After the election, Buhari professed: “Boko Haram will soon know the strength of our collective will and commitment to rid this nation of terror and bring back peace…. We should spare no effort. In tackling the insurgency, we have a tough and urgent job to do.”

Sounds good, but the devil is in the details. It all depends on what the meaning of is, is. Who exactly is Boko Haram? Mr. Grenell observed that Buhari has “spoken sympathetically about [its] members.”

  • David Murrell

“Mr. Grenell observed that Buhari has ‘spoken sympathetically about [Boko Haram] members’.”

No wonder Obama send his hired-flunky David Axelrod to undertake secret support for the Buhari campaign during the election.

Former major-general and dictator Buhari may be able to get the Nigeria defence forces to work with him and knock out Boko Haram. Stability is the most important thing at the moment. Hopefully, he will continue to respect democracy.

Pirates, modern style or old style, real or fake, cannot exist without the patronage of powerful interests located within a reasonable distance to their area of operation.
If you think of Boko Haram as land based pirates, perhaps their function is somewhat clearer.

That’s an oxymoron on the sign, isn’t it?
“Welcome to the home of Sharia…enjoy your stay.” If it’s ‘Sharia’, it can’t be enjoyable.
