Good little totalitarian

Is it legal baselessly to report people for fraud (to whom?) simply as an act of mischief? I sincerely hope not. S/he is a contemptible lying little snitch and s/he ought to pay for it.

Also a CBS employee.

  • What a Bitch!

    • olddog

or “butch”??..or a ‘whatever” thingy…One buttFUGLY whatever the Hell “IT” is..fur sure, fur sure!!!…PERIOD!!!!!

  • Frau Katze
    • Drunk_by_Noon

I reported her for the JFK assassination, the Lindberg baby kidnapping, and the genocide in Darfur, you know, just in-case!

  • Awkward. "Reporter" tries to report #MemoriesPizza gofundme account for fraud, deletes tweet, lies about "research".— Tactical Dissent (@TacticalDissent) April 3, 2015

    • Drunk_by_Noon

And her offending tweets are BACK up!

    • She (I genuinely wasn’t initially sure, BTW. I was leaning towards girl, but an anorexic Alexander wasn’t an impossibility) – she might be a little crazy, no? It’s all in the eyes…

I like to think I’m not normally very self-righteous, but I’m making an exception for this creep.

      • Drunk_by_Noon

        Let’s start with the obvious.
        She’s a lesbian activist!
She’s got the haircut, wears the uniform, and has all the accouterments.
She then wears it on her sleeve for all to see, but shame on you if you notice.
The station’s management were somehow convinced that they needed a ‘lesbian POV’ to ’round-out their news’, so her ineptness and dishonesty is ultimately the result of her being an affirmative action hire.
And that is why some people who are so atrociously bad at their job sometimes get to keep them.
I think in this instance even that might not save her.

      • A wise choice.

    • Martin B

      “I also did research afterward…”

Is that what they’re teaching in J School these days? Do your research AFTERWARD?

  • Who is he and why should I care about his mental illness?

    • Drunk_by_Noon

Because she, and those that think and act like her, determine the news that you hear and read.
They are our unelected manufactures of opinion and agenda, through false narrative.

      • True but she/he doesn’t influence me a bit. I had never heard of her until an hour ago. So why should I give a

        • Drunk_by_Noon

          Au contraire mon ami!

She DOES influence you, and that’s the scab ridden underbelly of the whole problem.
          Don’t conflate notoriety with influence.

You HAVE heard of Tom Cruise, yet he does not really affect you as much as someone like Alix Bryan will. Now Alix Bryan all by herself might not influence you much (as you said, until now you never even heard of her), but when taken in the aggregate, her and those like her, influence your ability to express an opinion, how you worship, your ability to earn a living, and where you will be able to obtain an education, or even if you can hold a job or even be self-employed. Those like her might even ultimately influence your marriage and family life (how long will your wife stick around if you can’t hold a job – probably not long) and the totality of your social existence. The effect of the Alix Bryan’s of the world have a huge effect upon your life.

In-so-much as a single ant in your home is insignificant, thousands of them will make your ability to enjoy your home untenable, and that is the corrosive effect people like Alix Bryan have on the lives of all of us. The most granular example of this is that a pizza shop cannot even remain open and in business because they do not believe the correct things. That was done by another group of cultural vandals. Then when the pizza shop has a ‘go fund me’ donation account set up in their name, Alix Bryan comes along and by using the prestige of her media position, tries to smear even the very attempt, and thereby harming the pizza shop owners even more by falsely accusing them of fraud.
They are the intellectual foot soldiers of neo fascism and it’s being perpetrated under the guise of fairness and social justice.
That is why you should care.

  • And what is the penalty for falsely reporting a crime?

    What a sad, old b!#ch.

    • andycanuck

The fraud report was to the GoFundMe people and not the cops, not that that makes it any better for a CBS employee to be driving a story however lawyer Tweeter types are saying that it’s still a libelous claim against the pizzeria family.

And at the Twitchy link, she’s also lied about contacting the conservative journalists who started the Fund.

      • She was accusing others of fraud. Maybe she didn’t have the stones to speak directly to the police.

There seems to be a pattern of lesbians lying about crime or some other misdeed. There was a waitress who accused customers of hateful messages when she invented the whole fiction.

        • Drunk_by_Noon

Well, in California, accusing someone of an illegal act is AUTOMATICALLY presumed to be worthy of damages, so you don’t have to prove that it cost you anything.
She will not be there on Monday, and if she is, we need to figuratively “burn that station to the ground”.

          • That little b!#ch needs some ignominy.

          • She is getting roasted on Twitter. I think she’ll be fired. I kind of feel sorry for her now.

          • Drunk_by_Noon

She’s like the Julius Streicher of modern journalism.

          • Concerned Canadian

          • Canadian

            Not me.

          • She’s like that dink who went through the Chick-Fil-A drive-through.

            No pity.

          • Drunk_by_Noon

She’s about to get the biggest basket ever from the Ignominy Bunny!

          • OH GOD! That is the Bunny of Evil!

          • I would not give that bunny to a little child. Unless he really pissed me off.

          • Drunk_by_Noon

Alix deserves to see the bunny from “Donny Darko” under her bed everyday for the rest of her life, and all it does is recite how many years, months, days, and minutes are left until she dies.

        • lolwut?

There were actually several “hate” receipt cases.

Most of them raked in several thousand dollars in donations.

  • Xavier

Her account’s been hacked and the tweets are fake. You can tell because there’s a man’s picture as her Twitter avatar.

Born and raised in RVA – man I was glad to get out of there!

  • Jay Currie

Pretty funny… She’s had her, no doubt bony, Ass handed to her. Another Twitter victim.

  • kkruger71

Not a Twitter person, but this has to be my favorite exchange I’ve ever seen on there. Read to the last one, I put the rest there for context leading up to it.

WOW. With no basis, @CBS6 employee @AlixBryan reports #MemoriesPizza fundraiser for fraud

    Alix Bryan
My work has nothing to do with this. @LilacSundayBlog @CBS6

    Lilac Sunday
.@alixbryan it is relevant when a mainstream media employee acts with bad faith towards someone they don’t like. @CBS6

    Alix Bryan
It wasn’t bad faith, it was caution. Not sure what you want to prove but I can report you for harassment, & will if needed @LilacSundayBlog
