Why are radical imams like the one who threatened Ayaan Hirsi Ali given taxpayer-funded jobs in prisons?

Ms. Hirsi Ali writes:

Less than a year after I moved to the United States in 2006, I was asked to speak at the University of Pittsburgh. Among those who objected to my appearance was a local imam, Fouad El Bayly, of the Johnstown Islamic Center. Mr. Bayly was born in Egypt but has lived in the U.S. since 1976. In his own words, I had “been identified as one who has defamed the faith.” As he explained at the time: “If you come into the faith, you must abide by the laws, and when you decide to defame it deliberately, the sentence is death.”

After a local newspaper reported Mr. Bayly’s comments, he was forced to resign from the Islamic Center. That was the last I would hear of him—or so I thought.

Imagine my surprise when I learned recently that the man who threatened me with death for apostasy is being paid by the U.S. Justice Department to teach Islam in American jails.

In obama’s caliphate it is very believable.

    • Zaba

Well, at least all the negative Freedom stuff!

Muslims in robes teach a captive audience of violent men that robbery, rape and murder are fine as long as those behaviors are done in the name of allah. It’s a license for crime, pretty much.

    What could possibly go wrong?

One example is the prison convert who beheaded a coworker in Oklahoma.

I remember that, just a few months ago.

Let’s indoctrinate violent criminals into a death cult. This seems reasonable to the people in charge, apparently.

Reminds me of all these imams that are advisors to Anglican and United Churches here in Canada. Do they explain to these useful idiot churches why Christians are being murdered by islam around the world?

    • Zaba

      ‘no explanation necessary’.

    • Rosenmops

The United Church doesn’t care if Christians are being killed. The main thing is not to offend Muslims. I wonder it they would wake up if United Church ministers were being beheaded. I’m not convinced they would.

      • Frau Katze

I doubt it. They’re beyond help. Deep in la-la land.

      • Minicapt

        How would this be noticed?

        • Rosenmops

LOL. You have a point. They are so open minded their brains have already fallen out!

  • strings

Because, he’s trustworthy to Muslims and therefore, deserves a job?

It seems muslims can do or say anything they want in the West. I just read Haroooooon’s last rant on the Star website. His farewell words were Isamophobia is the new anti-semitism. Harper is evil and a dictator. And one of the first comments was from an Anglican priest who lavished praise on Haroooon and will miss him. No surprise there.

    • Frau Katze

Disgusting, both Haroon and the idiot priest.

And the pajama-boy white knights and the screeching feminists were strangely silent.

One day Omar Khadr will run for political office and win. Probably for the Liberals. He’ll be his left hand man. Yes it’s a dark future. And I hope I’m wrong. But weirder things have happened.
So just because you kill someone, it doesn’t mean you won’t profit from it.

    • Rosenmops

Or he will become a star on the CBC.
